2009 with a bang
So 2009 is here and t is going to be a great year. I have already started training and look forward to this upcoming season and the challenges I will face. This year I am moving up to B class and plan on racing 2 different series. There will be about 20 Cross country races and 3 motocross races in total. My training is going well with cardio 3 times a week and weight training 3 with one day to rest. I have been riding as much as I can but the weather has been really bad so far.
The season is looking good and I am hoping to break into the top 5 this year in B. I know it willbe hard but I have faith and know that I can do it. I have received alot of support from some great companies for 2009 and I look forward to spreading there great names at all the events I attend and making them proud.
