ME Jumping my 1st Double
I am not much of a jumper and the 1st time I came up to this "little" jump this "DESERT" girl panicked when I realized there was another jump on the other side. I do not have to deal with that in the DEZ! So, I panicked a bit and tapped the brakes and luckily my front tires cleared the jump but my back tires caught the back and my chest and stomach hit so hard it knocked the breath out of me. I knew I would conquer that dang jump and I did!! AMA Dist#38 02/08/09 Race Video Check out: Min. 5:35 & 9:21 - It's Me!! ABOUT ME!2009 is my first full Racing Season - S0 Excited!!
I love the challenge of pushing myself mentally and physically and I have found that RACING is very addicting.

Race Parts : Taller tires - 22" Rear & 23" Front Maxis Razr, Baja front wheels, Nerf bars, Full Skid Plates, Two-Brothers Full Race Exhaust, Two-Brothers Juice Box - My bike was there Proto-type bike, Rox Handlebar Risers, Shocks set up by Race Tech.

How did you get started?
I got started after watching my husband all of the fun! I decided to give it a try and had a blast!!

My last race was so technical that people were surprised that I made it through and that I didn't give up - I got props from the guys
What are you planning for next season?
I plan on racing as many races as possible and to continue having a great time doing it
What has been your biggest accomplishment?
Racing - Finishing

Nothing new regarding the theft of my quad/trailer/etc. Even the hope is almost gone. It's probably in Mexico already... if the dumb@ss who took is even smart enough to know what to do with it. I've gotten a few replies from sponsors that are willing to help me start over, so I guess we'll see if enough pans out to put it all together, again, and get back in the desert. Thanks for asking, and the help that you and Scott have provided in my search. |

Renee, My race trailer, quad, gear, tools and everything else, were STOLEN from the Oceanside, CA, area yesterday morning (18 Sep 09). Can you help me get the word out in D38 (maybe on the forum) to be on the look out for my Honda TRX-700xx, BLUE Houser A-arms & steering stem with Elka Elite shocks and "Stars and Stripes" graphics.
